First time we visited Dubai was in February 2019 on our way home from India. It was a nice four days exploring Dubai then. This time, we spent one day in Dubai on our African cruise before crossing the Arabian Sea to the Indian Ocean.
From Dubai port, we took UBER to the Old Souq at Dubai Creek. We cruised the Dubai Creek on the dhow last time. This time we visited the Al Seef district, situated along the Dubai Creek. We enjoyed walking along the charming waterfront and shopping at the souk. Besides the variety of shops, there are cafes, restaurants and art galleries all along the historic Dubai Creek.

Leaving Al Seef and Dubai Creek, we went to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa Lake where the light and music showcases every evening. To our surprise, there is a light and music show at 1:00pm on Tuesday. We had lunch in Dubai Mall and stayed for the fountain show afterwards.
