Ha Noi, Vietnam - June 2023

Ha Noi has changed so much since last time we were here 15 years ago. We decided to visit Ha Noi before Andrew and family arrive in Saigon. We flew to Ha Noi and stayed about a week playing tourist in this part of the country. Our hotel was an Airbnb recommended by Nam. It's on Hang Hanh street in Ha Noi (historic) Old Quarter, just one short block to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake.

One of the most famous streets in Ha Noi is train street.  Tourists can watch the train go by very close to the building along it's path.  Tourists enjoy a drink at the cafes and take pictures as the train goes by.
